The Associate is a such a weird movie, it tries to be a Wall Street / business comedy with a hint of romance. It stars an unlikely Whoopi Goldberg as a business woman who decides to partner with a fictional man to make it in a man’s world. It’s a funny movie that feels more like a mid 80s movie than one released in 1996. However, it is Bebe Neuwirth that steals the show. Before Sex and The City was around her character Camille Scott was the original sexed-up confident New Yorker. Always wearing a pencil skirt and high heels in two scenes Bebe shows she has got more to wear underneath her skirt. In one scene that comes out of the blue we see her shopping for lingerie at La Perla, wearing little more than a cami-garter, a thong and of course stockings. Bebe does not appear shy to have filmed this scene. I imagine it was shot with her input, but ooh boy does her dancer figure show itself in this scene. It even makes Whoopi blush. For those who don’t know a cami-garter is a mix of camisole and a garter-belt. The one Bebe Neuwirth wears appears to have been made to the highest standards with wide garter straps that don’t bite into the thigh or ass. Something tells miss Neuwirth has had plenty of experience wearing such lingerie.

There is a second scene, in which Camille tries to seduce Whoopi’s characters after she disguises herself as a man. It is a great little scene with one beautiful ass shot of Bebe Neuwirth.
